At first glance, there’s not much relatability to be found in Kylie Jenner’s recent GRWM post. The star is filming from her private jet while on a “super last minute” 24-hour trip to New York for date night with Hollywood heartthrob Timothée Chalamet. Though she doesn’t make her companion’s identity explicitly clear, their relationship isn’t exactly a secret.

Captioned “draft ;)” and clearly posted after the trip, it’s obvious that the date she was getting ready for was sitting courtside at a Knicks game – one of the couple’s favourite activities. They were spotted smooching as usual, Kylie with a navy blue, croc-effect Birkin firmly on her lap. A classic Wednesday night.
Bracing through turbulence after telling us that she had to have a second spray tan the morning of her trip, because the one she had the night before wasn’t dark enough, Jenner applies a relatively minimal, glowing and gorgeous make-up look complete with her signature lined lips.
Naturally, I watched it a few times to see if I could identify any products or tools that she doesn’t explicitly name. Lo and behold, I was surprised to see the familiar sponge applicator of a drugstore favourite, Maybelline’s Instant Anti-Age Eraser Concealer. Priced at just £10, it’s a stalwart in make-up bags across the globe for a reason. Given Jenner is prone to solely wearing make-up products from her eponymous beauty line – I was delighted by its appearance, not least due to its incredibly affordable price point.
A classic among Zillennial beauty enthusiasts, Maybelline launched its first sponge-tipped concealer back in 2010. The 2026 edition features an improved, hydrating formula infused with powerful peptides like haloxyl, alongside antioxidant goji berry to minimise visible signs of ageing while erasing dark circles.
Haloxyl, in particular, works by binding to iron and bilirubin released from broken capillaries and eliminating the pigment responsible for dark under-eyes and puffiness. It’s rather brilliant beauty tech for such a reasonably priced product. As one TikTok commenter on Kylie’s video puts it, the “Maybelline concealer is THAT good.”
Within her routine, Jenner dabs the concealer under her eyes after applying primer and skin tint – and the result is instantly brightening, firming and blurring. Consider it added to our virtual baskets.
